It’s all a bluff just waiting on the rags to come charging in when the transfer window opens ...
It`s the opposite. People rate him because he`s English, and there are not many good English players in football. If he was foreign no one would want himIf his name was Chiwellino more posters on here would want him. He’s been great for Leicester and clearly our manager rates him ( if rumours are true)
We currently have two midfielders doing their best to impersonate a left back while our preferred, and specialised, option recovers from what seems like a never ending list of injuries.....So,right now,he is anything but average compared to what we already have. Not that i agree with that opinion in the first place. Not that keen on Chilwell, looks bang average to me compared to what we already have..!

Chilwell is currently playing for a relatively poor team, and despite that standard he is still impressing.Put him alongside more gifted athletes and i believe we could have a similar player to the one the Dippers have discovered in Robertson.
Delph did even better as a left back last season.......so while Zinchenko has adapted well, who's to say what the future will bring for a player whose natural instincts lie elsewhere? As for Mendy,i'll believe it when is see it.Zinchenko is doing a brilliant job as left back, despite his preferred position in midfield, I would hardly call it impersonating the way he is performing, Mendy will be back soon, that puts Chilwell on the bench.. Horses for courses, I don't rate Chilwell as highly as you obviously do, buying him would not be good business for City in my humble opinion..

We need a left back and this kid fits the profile.
