That's not how I'm reading it. I see it as saying max. 4 association trained and that's how many we have now. Not sure if I'm reading it wrong as it makes no sense to me.
No, we have to have at least 8 association trained, of whom at least 4 need to be club trained. We're allowed a maximum 17 foreign players as long as we meet the first two criteria. Then there are different u21 and ''b-list" rules for premier League and CL respectively

So we can have more than four association-trained players among our eight nominees on List A?

No, what I meant was it doesn't matter if chilwell is/isn't association trained as long as we meet criteria on list A. So we wouldn't have to lose an association trained player any more than we'd have to lose a fringe foreign player.

Those regulations could be worded a whole lot more clearly though.

Agreed. I thought I new the deal but that has confused the fuck out of me.

You can have 25 if you want

He's a good player really like him. Leicester will rip us off though. Can't see it happening for under 60m

He plays exactly how a left back should, attacking the goaline & pin back the opposing teams left winger.

He can also put a decent ball in & links up well with midfield.

English & very young.
Delph & Zinchenko ain't LB & we have been very lucky with both of them.

When Sane is poor we get exposed down that side & we defend like Sunday league players.

Look at Robertson he looks a world beater for Liverpool, this kid is no different in fact with a ball playing team like City he would look just as good.

Even when Mendy gets fit he needs to show me some consistency because he was poor even before he got injured.

Benjani and Benjamin Mendy on the naughty list?

Benjani got a top mention at Ewing Towers this morning on the back of Harry Gregg's honour. And what was I saying about BenMend? He deserves a knighthood for his tweets etc. He'd never get one for his appearances on the turf! But, hey ho, he's still a young lad and he could change his name by deed poll to, say, Cliff Sear!
