Still not good enough defensively and liable to be caught in possession. I think Pep would offload him if he could.
 
How the hell is Mendy being picked before Zinchenko on tonights performance ? Crosses hitting first man , gave the ball away all night and got Mahrez booked , he needs a proper kick up the arse , £50m and he cant trap a bag of cement

Mendy lost the ball and Mahrez had to commit a "professional" foul to stop a breakaway , Mahrez was booked and Mendy was directly responsible for his booking , Mendy gives the ball away too much in the opposing third , and with the high line we play he is a liability .Agree he didnt look terrible tonight , because the rest of the team were generally poor ,i am still thinking about a man of the match, there isnt an oustanding candidate , Mendy is in with a shout along with the other ten players
 
Thought he did well, and is improving all the team. Feel he has a lot more to offer and am excited about that.
