it was dropped from that court appearance so it's irrelevent anywayIts not a charge, its a consequence. What happens is the CPS decide to charge. The police then lay then charge, and you get bailed to court. The courts then impose bail conditions. If you breach those conditions the police can take you back before the court, for breaching their rules. They act on what the court said. It isnt a new charge of a crime, its a broken promise that the court said you have to abide by in order to stay out before the trial is heard
We must be at crossed purposes now. It wasnt. Why did he end up being remanded to custody then?it was dropped from that court appearance so it's irrelevent anyway
It's not Tombstone. We say remanded.Jailed you wally. He was jailed for a long time.
I might have mentioned this before, breaching bail conditions isn’t a criminal offence. So it’s literally impossible to be convicted of it. So any such charge is going nowhere. I reckon the system wouldn’t let you charge someone for an offence that doesn’t exist. At least you like to think so!We must be at crossed purposes now. It wasnt. He wasn't "jailed" he was remanded in custody for breaking bail terms. There is a distinct difference, that said he was unable to turn up to work as a result, so for the period on remand I can't see how the club owe him a wage. No idea on the bonus side of things.Jailed you wally. He was jailed for a long time.
