been an admirrer of Benzema for a long time, would love to see him in a blue shirt, realisticly i rekon city will want a Falcao or Cavani though, which would be just as good

This. Huiguain definately wants to leave so no chance will Benzema leave.
If the Cavani deal is dead and he ends up at Real Madrid, along with Suarez (possibly) I would hope we'd have a run at getting this fella.
Pellers signed him for Madrid back in 09/10, so would like to think Benzema would be a player on our radar should Real get their intended targets, as I see him being pushed out.

I just think he'd be amazing in the Prem and if the opportunity arose, we should go all out.

Isn't he and Ribery up for a rape charge with a minor?
edit - just seen that it is adjourned until 2014 and the charge is related to sex with a minor. Do we need this baggage next year?
