Bernado Silva misconduct charge: one game ban, £50k fine

At least he can put it behind him now because I think having this hanging over him has been affecting his performances.

Yeah but let's be honest Bernie isn't exactly running on full speed yet, as are a lot of the players.
He's had a stop start 3 months and seems a yard off it like Kdb n others.
Now this has finally been resolved maybe we'll get the real bernardo for the remainder of the season.

Those at the FA who make these decisions have genius dripping from every pore! Silva did not intend to be racist or even insulting, he isn't a racist. The tweet was meant as no more than a joke and Mendy and Bernardo are close friends. The post included a cartoon figure available to all in Spain and Portugal. Hard to see any possible shred of an offence there... But what he's actually done is provide material for the ever ready to be offended to take offence. That is, those white folks who are always ready to tell everyone else what they should be offended about. And the price for this is £50000 and a one match ban. Tossers.

But it makes the point that the authorities don't approve of City and whatever makes things harder for us, whatever can be done to put obstacles in our way will be done.

At this rate it looks more like they want City out of the top 4. Spurs, Liverpool, now this before the Chelsea game. Why now? Have they been saving it, because screwing us with VAR two games in a row would be suspect, even by their standards?

Even the most blinkered of individuals , and they know who they are, can have any doubts that the PL / FA are determined to make life as difficult and challenging for City, Pep and the players .

Whilst the indiscretions players of the rags and dippers are treated leniently ( or just totally ignored ) , the slightest indiscretion ( and innocent of jokes ) by any of the City personnel will be jumped upon by these corrupt fuckers , and punished wrongly and harshly every time. The fine is irrelevant to the player (or whoever pays it ) , the one game ban a minor nuisance, but the reputation of Bernardo is being wrongly damaged and tarnished by the corrupt and vindictive actions of the authorities. The people running our football are utter twats.

If it is not UEFA fining the club for being late on the pitch by seconds, whilst fining blatantly racist clubs and supporters a mere pittance , it is totally transparent that City are treated very very differently to the favoured clubs, and the whole thing absolutely stinks of bitterness, corruption and spite. The favoured clubs are no doubt encouraging the authorities to act due to their protected status having been challenged.

Football is clearly rotten to the core , and it is a sickening state of affairs for fans of all clubs nor within the protected zone of these corrupt bastards.

I know and enough is enough. The club need to come out and make a statement without any subtleties telling the media how it is. We should be treating these people like shit instead of wining and dining them. In the long run everyone will like us they said and it's worth taking the short term hit. Well let me say it's about time Vicky Kloss threw off the gloves and came out fighting. Pep gets it and has recently nearly overstepped the mark but it's about time we closed ranks as a club and say what we mean rather than pussy foot around everyone.
 
This is an appalling decision for football and culture. Well done FA you confirm what a disgraceful governing body you are. It beats me how they think they have the life experience to dictate how two good friends should conduct themselves when communicating.

Across the board is this ? level playing filed ? Not in your life.
 
Absolutely fucking ridiculous. Wait until the right fixture then do it. Poor Bernie, as nice a lad as plays in the PL. I hope he can just put this crap behind him. I wish our club would just tell it as it is. That would be worth the fine.
