Bollocks, the FA could have advised to be more careful with social media posts and ban if it happened again. Bernardo is a lovely bloke who I would absolutely say was in no way racist, my opinion, so the ban is shitWould be interesting to think what Raheem and others who are leading on the fight against racism in football think of the whole incident. The FA had no option of 'do nothing' so this is essentially the least-worst punishment that could have been given. It is really no different to just another week of 'pep roulette'

Manchester City are not appealing the verdict as they don’t want punishment extended but believe it is too high.

They have written about his intentions because they've interviewed him, he told them he didnt intend it to be racist, and they believed him.
