That's how FC Porto operate thou.

The problem that could have happened with Bernard is the age old British thing of a work permit. I don't know how many of Brazils recent games he has played but it needs to be at least 75% for him to be granted one in this country. Hence a lot of Brazilians end up somewhere else first

It's an easier transition in terms of the quality of the league and the lifestyle though - going from Brazil to Portugal.

I do like the look of Bernard although I've only really seen him play a handful of times.
