Everyone is replaceable. To make the point, it would be interesting to know stats for points with and without Bernard in the team.
My guess would be not that different.......

We win nearly every week ffs… it’s not going to be much different no matter who you take out of the team.

Totally agree but he has been an outstanding player, and players with his ability and work rate are few and far between.

His work rate is extraordinary and without him last season with a early season faltering KDB , Grealish settling in, Fern finished and Gundo at times struggling , we would be no where near the title.

He is criminally undervalued and underrated outside of this club, the plaudits given to KDB should be for Bernardo in my opinion.

I am a little concerned that Barca have, despite being a financial train wreck, managed to get all of their targets this summer. The only publicly touted signing they haven’t is Bernardo. Once Kounde is confirmed I think the hype will build on that.

I think there’s still a good chance it happens. Mainly as Bernardo obviously wants it. Mendes will want it this summer due to the agents fees reducing after this window. Barca will do everything to make it happen despite their horrific finances.

Unfortunately Bernardo is irreplaceable as no one has his skill set. I’ve seen very little Lucas Paqueta but he won’t replace Bernardo exactly because no one can. It’s a real concern that what has been a phenomenal window due to the reshaping of our squad could be torpedoed late on if Bernardo leaves.

Ignoring all the crap talked about Barca , they have had an incredible summer transfer window, they are looking a proper side.

Both surely? Not sure why we’d take plaudits off KDB to give to Bernardo, both God-like
 
He's one of if not the best of our players.

He'll leave when we get an acceptable offer and when we can replace him and not before.
 
He, simply by being himself, is a wonderful fit for our needs. For the needs of the fans. The footballing needs of the squad, oh my god. And, the dynamic of every other player at the club.

What he does for our squad is cover two central midfield players - in fact, he is the best partner for either of them. And it's not his preferred position.

He has all the respect I can offer. And big, big love. Bernado. You will always be loved by us.

Nothing that happens now will change that.

It just so happens tho that I reckon he is also about one season away from automatic entry to the pantheon of Kompany, Silva, Zabaleta, Fernandinho.

And this season should be so very exciting. It should be absolute mayhem. It promises Haaland. Youngsters. Trophies. And the chance to once again feel the love and respect of so many admiring & genuinely respectful fans, your team mates, and the people at the club.
 
Sorry guys if you believe he wants out please go as pep says we don't want player's here who don't want to be but Bernardo how do you feel being the eighth in a queue of players they want to sign very very important you are Bernardo to them get a grip Siva if it's true I are a fool
 
He’s never had a role set in stone here which I bet is concerning. He’s like our super utility player. And if you’re as good as he is you want to know that you have a spot you dominate in the team.

Obviously they are were brilliant we were the champions but Bernardo/Rodri were the main men all season.
