Have just read the whole interview and nowhere does it say Bernardo is 'unhappy'. In fact Pep says the opposite.

So it depends what context you take it in cause he then went onto talk about Bernardo.

For me, anything over €100m (£84.2m) would be a decent fee, and anything less than €90m (£75.8m) would be disappointing.

Not sure about the registering players bit but that was reported last year and they still got around it
