In my opinion, no player - especially one that has a particular end destination in mind - should sign for PSG at the moment given their owner's clear threats to flout employment law (French employment law, of which I have a certain knowledge).
I think that he'll either sign a new deal with us (utopia) OR (more likely) see out his contract in the knowledge that he won't have us threatening him towards the end of his contract.

even if they would receive 250m euros for him they would lowball us for 50m euros bid for Bernardo.
I don't think he wants to go anywhere but Spain or Portugal and every club seems to be skint barring Real who have other priorities.

They were never going to turn it down though with a player refusing to renew with 1 year left and a huge bonus to be paid out at the end of the year. Makes this interesting as Mbappe can sit there and earn £100m but potentially not play , play a year and earn god only knows what and move to Madrid at the end of the year (assuming they let him leave). Would make sure they paid my money to a bank based in the UK mind (not saying UK banking system is clean but would not want my assets frozen in a saudi bank after a years work unless I signed an extension).Interesting that. Currently if he left, he wouldnt be at legend level yet, even though he is part of a treble winning team.

No, I wasn’t saying they would, I was more speculating about the player himself might, if it was a deal that would maybe delay him getting his Madrid move.Why would they turn it down?
