The club policy is that unhappy players can go. That depends on a suitable fee being paid, so Sterling, Jesus over 50 million.
I should imagine Bernardo more likely 67/70 million quid. If they received that offer and there was a watertight money up front deal he would go.
However the murmurings of the Catalan press do not constitute a bid. Barcelona have not made a bid, so let's deal with reality. Barca cannot register any big signings until they sell the players who are reluctant to leave.
