Best individual performance

Hart at Spurs 2010-11 immediately springs to mind. How it ended 0-0 I will never know.......Dzeko away next (glorious!) season, White at Villa Park 91?

Kinkladze home to Leicester in the FA Cup....

Franny Lee in the League Cup Final v WBA....

Yaya at Newcastle....

Some great shouts there, Hart was just unbeatable that day.

Also remember the David White game well, it was on ITV in the days before blanket TV coverage for football. I remember the build up was a head to head of whether Toni Daley or White were faster / better and White was brilliant that day.

Also remember Keith Curle being absolutely outstanding whenever he marked Andy Cole against Newcastle

Silva against Hull.

Agreed. Also add one the most annoying things about our defeat at Anfield in the title season was that it overshadowed Silva's 2nd half performance which was possibly the finest 45 minutes I've ever seen from a City player.

Too many to mention, but one performance that sticks in my mind was Balotelli's in the FA Cup semi at Wembley v Rags. Even though he didn't score, it was the complete centre forward display and its just a pity that his antics and attitude got in the way of his special talent. Add in his celebration in front of ManUre's fans and winking at Camel Gob Rio, it was a watershed day for me as it was the first time in 20-odd years that we'd played the Rags and matched them as footballing equals.

Until our last game against them, win, lose or draw we always seemed the superior team and for me it all started that day. It was then that I truly began to believe that we'd arrived as a force in English football.

Thank you to all involved that day, Balo in particular. You may have been fuckin bonkers, but you were our bonkers........

One that sticks in my memory is Eyal Berkovic's debut against Watford. 3-0 and he ran the show.

I also remember Niall Quinn having a great debut against Chelsea. Before the game I wondered why we had signed "that donkey". One textbook display of centre-forward play later I was converted. Maybe not his best game (Palace away hat trick) but one that surprised me.

Ian Bishop in the 5-1 - elegant and effective. I was gutted when Kendall sold him.

Kinkladze 3 3 at home Newcastle , never seen anything like that before and never will see anything like it again

Watch it kids , watch it
