Best individual performance

Weaver vs Ipswich Town 1999. We won 1-0 and he made four or five staggering saves.

Edit: Joe Royle bollocked him for doing cartwheels at the end of the game, as it was only October.
I was at that game. The spirit in that team was great. So many late wins.

Huckerby had some fantastic games in the Championship. At that level teams couldn't handle his speed

That's the one I was going to say. Made an amazing save from Jim magilton. Pretty sure they filmed the crowd after the game to be used in the Jimmy grimble film.
Silva at west brom this year also

Wanchope up front on his own at Dirty Leeds, about two days after returning from Costa Rica was phenomenal
He harried and pushed all four defenders and helped us to a 2-1 win

Pretty sure that was a night game and Ipswich were playing some great stuff at the time. I went expecting a defeat but weaver saved us.

For long periods that was the story of the season. Keeper heroics and a kennedy piece of skill or Goater winners rescuing three points.

Keith Curle v Spurs away in 92 or 93. Lineker was even smiling to the crowd at how good he was that day.

Talking of Spurs.... Berbatov in the quarter final at home when we lost was a great performance under the wrong circumstances.

I think that finished 1-0 with a quinn looping header winning it. I remember buying a video 'breaking the record' as we won four away games on the spin. They even chucked in a 2-2 with luton where quinny scored an amazing volley from a ian brightell?? Overhead kick cross.

Berbatov was outstanding in all those games that season. A real lesson in leading the line

Peter Barnes vs Chelsea 1978 i think. Pretty sure we won 6-2 and he was just unplayable, continually twisted their defence inside out, stopped, went back & twisted them inside out again!!
