Big July Announcement

Please can someone tell me if anything has been announced yet or when it will be announced? (Don't worry my hopes have not been raised)

On my email account that I want City to send me stuff I still haven't received the email. On my exclusive email account that I rarely give out... but some how City found it out... thus I have unsubscribed many times but City still send me emails... on my exclusive account I have received the email for the big July announcement but it does not display properly (I have the latest browsers) and none of the links within the email work.

Plus, because there is fuck all on the website I have no way of knowing what I am missing out on... alright I admit it my hopes are raised but only because it looks like due to sods law it means I will miss out.
