Well if he goes not guilty, that will be up to a jury.
It's no reason not to run a trial though if a rape has taken place.

Of course it's different and obviously more difficult to get a conviction. But several people are saying that a conviction will be impossible as there will be no DNA or actual physical evidence etc.
I'm just saying if a rape is reported ten minutes after it happened and the bloke is saying it was consenual sex, the prosecution may well be in a pretty similar situation as in an historic case.
Yea understand that and think records shows that most get off..
