Biscuits and Gravy.....what are they?

Oh man. Nothing better. Y'all don't know what you are missing. After frying sausage in a pan, you leave a little bit of the grease, add flour, salt, pepper, milk, and make almost a roux. Add some of the sausage back in for texture and additional flavor, then spread across busicuits. Someone asked if the biscuit gets soggy. Not really, gravy is typically thick enough for the saturation process to be slow. Don't knock this until you try it, promise.

I used to enjoy watching You Got To Eat Here, an American food programme where the host travels to different cities trying popular restaurants (the TV is not that great here in Thailand). By christ they throw some random things together on a plate in the states.

Done right, they're a thing of beauty, throw a couple of runny poached eggs on top, tobasco sauce.....ooooooo
