Blue cards to be trialled for sin-bins | IFAB postpones introduction (pg13)

In rugby league and Union its been needed, but they have far greater transparency regarding why.
Football is bent, PIGMOL already have enough tools to help line their's and their booky mates pockets.
Mic the turds up, all of them, VAR all of them, they are utterly against any scrutiny.
And while we're at it why haven't the diversity truffles been complaining about the nepotism and the lack diversity in the officals?

The beginning of the end for me. Started with VAR, which incidentally could have been a benefit had it not been left in charge of the worst set of referees we’ve had in years, and will no doubt culminate in rules and regs more similar to American football with 4 quarters and extra add breaks.
I’m forever grateful I got to see my club become the success it has and whilst continuing to follow us I don’t think my love for City will be enough once I stop loving the game itself.

It's being changed from being a sport into just being about entertainment, proper football fans are being euthanised by a death of a thousand cuts.

There’s always a lot of overreaction when it is announced that FIFA are trialling something.

9 times out of 10 it doesn’t go anywhere, and when it does it’s usually a good idea.

It’s just a shame Bluemoon wasn’t created 25 years earlier and we could have heard about how

“substitutions are the beginning of the end!” (1995)

“A penalty shootout? Jobsworths justifying their jobs!!! What’s wrong with replays!” (1968)

“A YELLOW CARD?! What will these twats think of next to ruin the game” (1970)

Oh look, it’s contrary dom, here to let the plebs know that we are overreacting to a really wank idea.

Have you just considered not overreacting to every single idea that is ever proposed?

The game has been constantly evolving since its inception. New ideas come and good ones stay and bad ones go (golden goal). None of them is the beginning of the end.

Have you seen me overreact to anything that’s been proposed before?
Super league? Not keen but most people feel the same.
VAR? Could have been great, as it stands it’s not. Not an overreaction.
What are all these other new rules and regulations that I overreact to that have been brought out since I started posting on here?

It's not proposed though is it? It's actually happening. A proposal infers that there has been an inclusive discussion where a consensus has been agreed.

I have just heard about this and it's a like it or lump it edict, not really a proposal.

Having had half an hour to think more about it, perhaps yellow cards should be a sin binning, just as in rugby, but all incidents shown on the big screen and the ref and VAR/TMO audible in stadium.

There are far too many yellow cards anyway these days.
