I take on board everything you say about the time involved - although you'd be surprised how little the kit needed would cost, especially given that so many people already own a smart phone or camera capable of turning out good quality videos - but you tubers who have a large subscriber base and/or get a lot of views can, and do, make money from their channels.
 
Alright ladies and gents,

Cheers for your support in general on the forum, we're always on here, sharing content and thoughts with everyone and appreciate your help and comments.

Firstly, the two of us who run the channel are big City fans and season ticket holders. I started this channel and our cameraman and all round superhero producer was found because of a post I put in here last year.

We work our balls off to try our very best to provide City fans with the best content possible. We found the likes of Walter and more on here, and continue to find some of our best contributors on this forum.

Of course it costs money to produce the content, we are lucky enough to have good kit which means we can produce brilliant quality videos but at the same time we use our phones and personal cameras for other things such as at the Sevilla game last night.

We haven't ever made money from City fans, what we do is videoed, presented, edited and uploaded by proper City fans and it will always be like that.

If anyone wants to get involved please do, all we want to do is the best by City fans, and if anyone has any questions PM us or come and see us after the game!

I'm not slagging it off, neither is TPF. I like the channel and the presenters, I think they do a great job. But I'm also intrigued by the corporate connection which I didn't know about until today.

Hello BMRTV! Hope you didn't think you were being criticised. As I just said to another poster, I like the channel and you guys, I think you do a terrific job. Your love of City is apparent.

If you were making any money from youtube advertising on the channel, I'd be saying "good luck to you; it's only fair recompense for your time and effort". i would, however, have hated to think that Shotglass media were making money for themselves on the back of all your hard work.
