Specials in this list very much on merit. Able to produce great, catchy and infectious pop / ska/ punk with socially relevant lyrics and humour. Decent recent comeback. I like Hall’s sort of dour persona despite his team affiliation.
Tony Wilson always admitted the Mondays were more about selling the lifestyle than the music. Some good tunes for a rat-arsed night out.

The Verve are great, Urban Hymns is great, but this is the kind of artist I wouldn't ever consider for a top 15 of all time band because they didn't come close to having enough quality output to ever be considered.

Agree ,I have the Verve album and like it and while I understand somemight like it a lot more than me , not sure they have enough of a catalogue for somebody to put them in their 15 best of all time. Nirvana another in that bracket for me. Still a votes a vote and we all have different tastes.
