@FantasyIreland how do you tend to cope with dropping fat and building muscle. Finding it a really delicate balancing act. I’m running approx 30km a week and hitting the weights quite hard and so far I’m certainly lighter and stronger but I know that balance probably won’t hold.
Would you recommend dropping the body fat first with increased cardio and then loading on the muscle, or vice versa, or just continuing to eat clean, avoid the sugar/carbs and keep the even balance of cardio and resistance?
I’ve never really had to do both at the same time before although muscle memory seems to be helping gains whilst the scales are still dropping.
