Cruel on horses that.Given the joint problems, but the obvious penchant for a team sport, have you considering something like water polo?

Are you a member of a gym? Can strengthen with the bike and elliptical.Desperate to try and get running again but just cannot get over a hamstring tear a couple of month back? Any tips?

Would make the fruit a banana that is quite green better for gut bacteria and low in sugar. Also replace granola( contains sugar) with plain porridge oats made with water and add sea salt to it for flavour ( Himalayan pink salt is the best high nutrients. Iodine and ferrous iron? )Back to it this morning after the Bank holiday.
Squats - 75kg 5x5
OHP - 33kg 5x5
Deads - 90kg 2x5
Got some straps for the deads and definitely felt a lot better. Dropped some weight on the OHP which is disappointing but just didn't have the energy.
Been thinking of using some pre workout in a shake in the morning before gym. Seems to be various levels of belief in it from what ive read but may try it.
Trying a calorie deficit diet alongside my strength work which may be stupid but I want to try and cut a bit of this flab in the next month or so.
Breakfast of fruit, granola and some natural yogurt. Lunch of chicken breast, steamed veg and 125g rice.
More rest?
Or jogging in a flotation vest in pool.
Or gently, slowly jogging on a tread mill....if you feel the slightest twinge at all stop immediately.
It may take 6 months to get fully over this........AS I presume you are not a mid twenties footballer in your peak? With easy access to massage. Ultra sound. And cryogenic chambers.....following a tailored macro , nutrient diet?
Time,time,time..............
