Not really.Staggering that Colin Bell is down in 6th place.
There will be lots of voters (myself included) that never saw him play.

I understand full well, I still find it staggering though if that's alright with you.Staggering that folk don't understand the reason he is sixth.
NopeI understand full well, I still find it staggering though if that's alright with you.
OK, i get that this is a bit tongue in cheek, but I do wonder at the omission of Roy Paul and Bobby Johnstone. Roy was arguably City's second best-ever captain and few sights have been more endearing in my City life than that photo of him & his lad smiling at each other as they held the FA Cup together. And until the last ten or twelve years Bobby was one of only three City players to whom I'd have applied that overworked word "genius."No Joe Hayes, wtf guys are you even City fans ;)
Maybe so. But I never saw Shakespeare or Boudicca or Abe Lincoln either and they're still my favourite famous people. So you expect people who have never seen him play to vote for him as their favourite player? lol
Think about what you’ve just said there. It makes no sense
Yep. Only missed him by a year or two but even still. You missed seeing a truly brilliant footballer who was also a superb athlete and a thoroughly nice person.
Maybe so, but for me that’s like comparing chalk with cheese. Football is all about the here & now & the emotion of there & then.Maybe so. But I never saw Shakespeare or Boudicca or Abe Lincoln either and they're still my favourite famous people.
It’s favourite, not best.....big differenceColin Bell is No1 .. Nobody anywhere near him has ever played for City, whatever age you are, you can’t change history ..!
