Right quite a productive week for a lot of people, but Homerdog still manages to be bottom despite 2 new entries.
On the PGA Tour Tiger really got the season kick-started with a comfortable win, and on the European side in Qatar Chris Wood won his first European Tour title after a long wait and several missed opportunities by hitting an eagle on the last to deny Sergio Garcia a play-off(and Coetzee as well of course). Dissappointed for Serg but it's good that many of the top names have started quickly this season, hopefully we'll have some titanic battles in the majors between the big names this year as so far they've not really gone toe to toe where it counts.

Due to the fact that I wanted to start setting up the Golf Cup I've decided to cap entries as of sunday. We have 37 teams which is slightly more than last year but not much which is a tad dissappointing but if there are any other BMers, or ex-BMers on Twitter(either by choice or banished) or anybody you know who likes golf then send them here or even just get them to send me teams on twitter. They should have usernames on there if not just let them put a team name if they don't want their name plastered on here. Would like a few more teams as I'm keen for guys like Scott, Westwood, Snedeker, Bubba etc. to be picked as they're good players and it will be silly if they are left out, so if you do join in please have overall strong teams that include these players.
Onto this week and we have decent tournaments on both tours. The European Tour finishes its Arabic swing with a trip to Dubai, Westwood & Garcia are the leading names there. In America we head to the TPC Scottsdale for the glamorously named Waste Management Phoenix Open in Scottsdale, but don't let that put you off, it's a good tournament and has Phil, Bubba, Kaymer and lots of others to keep you interested.
The categories are:
