you may well be right , and marwood maybe like the sunlight for the owner eyes. in wich case there could be some truth in what that shit journal write , and this may be mancini's last year at city.
I highly doubt it, unless it (Mancini disliking Marwood to that degree) suddenly happened this summer, otherwise why would he have signed a long term deal only a few months ago ?

false promises?

I would hazard a guess that Marwood was probably over confident of getting shut of the players that Bob doesn't want - it's an easy one for Marwood to spin back to the owners to keep himself looking good in their eyes.

I can't believe Mancini signed that contract on the back of the promise of Rodwell and Sinclair. Somethings amiss.

Its not just the promise of Rodwell and Sinclair though, he has got one of the best starting 11 at his disposal, if the right player becomes available the club will sign him IMO i just think the days of offering ridiculous wages to average or unproven players is over.

Maybe, and this is just a thought, he wanted to stay, and is happy being the first team coach of the english champions, despite what the daily mail says ?

Maybe he sought assurances about the quality of signings that would be made prior to signing his contract and they haven't been forthcoming, hence his obvious frustration and annoyance with the man responsible for making them happen?

Do our owners strike you as the type of owners who make idle promises only to renege on them within weeks if not months?

No, which is why I said that Mancini's frustration is clearly with Marwood. I don't believe for one minute our owner would act in bad faith, and if he did Mancini is not the type to stick around.
