Does't work if you get getting more than one.

Thats why everything is in the singular in my post mate.

Well I've tried selecting one and it's still showing as £25.00 at the checkout!!

The website must have been ammended, I've just tried for my mate under his account and logon (he's on the cup scheme) and it charges you for what should be the freebee now. I wonder, although I've got confirmation via email if it will arrive. Maybe the clitch where fans might have been getting freebees on line has caused the club to close that option down...?!
The website does say you must ring supporter services to get your freebe if you are on the cup scheme though...?!

It's even more galling because there are two empty seats currently waiting to be snapped up right next to my regular seats and I thought the easiest thing in the world would be to sort it and sit next to people I actually want to for a change.

Been on hold now over 2 queues for over 2hrs 20mins, I am also lookin at 2 specific seats available, lets hope we arent looking at the same ones, The race is on !

You can have them, bud ;)

I've sacked it, cost me call money and work this morning.

As one of the other lads posted, it's Moscow not fucking Madrid.

Let's see if the site is a little more 'pliable' after the result tomorrow.

Something tells me if City don't get a result, they will need to pay blues to turn up.

And guess which scheme members they will then turn to, the ones who were going anyway!

Wow, how annoying is that, waited for 2and a half hours only to secure the tickets I wanted in under a minute !!!! I took 116 W 442 and 443 if they were what you were after they will be on ViaNOGO in 20 mins (Only joking of course)

Missed out the freebie for already being on the CL scheme.

However, I have bee. Able to sort 2 Paris of tickets in 201 and 301 so this will give a few lads at work the chance to go.

Still great prices at £12.50/£15 a pop - even if I have had to pay £25 for my ticket.

Couldn't do mine online, spent 45 minutes on hold to then be told I'd come through to the wrong office (My own fault for misreading the website) and then had to wait a further hour on hold to get through to the right office. Call took approx 60 seconds to finalise.... utter wasters!

For all those trying and having problems online, the website did say....

Any supporter who has already purchased one or more tickets for the match should call Supporter Services on 0161 444 1894 option 1, option 3 or visit the Ticket Office to secure this offer.

It has something to do with the free ticket being loaded on to your customer number (I tried to do it on a friends season card but have to have a paper ticket) so the website senses there is already one on your number & doesn't support it.

I did mine about 4:30 after getting home from the game on Saturday & took me 5 mins from picking the phone up

I've got 3 season tickets on the cup scheme. I ordered 3 'freebies' online last night, using the methods suggested on here. I've just checked my purchase history, (just in case the club had since decided that this was an unacceptable transaction). The tickets are there, but in the order summary / delivery details, it states, 'There was no delivery for this transaction'. Anyone else get this and if so, do you reckon the tickets will need to be collected?

I'd give them a ring and check, there's a bit of a queue though ;o)

Mine says the same but if you click on the 'i' near the total it says 'you will receive a paper ticket in the post'

So I guess we will just have to wait and see

I certainly won't lose any sleep if I don't receive them, beats waiting on the phone half the day

No-ones gonna like this me included

just had a call from a mate and tickets now are available for " students " priced £10 for Newcastle next week and the cska game

its the first time this season they've been available or at least the first time iv had a call to say they are for that price

its a fucking joke, last time I go on any cup scheme now

Happens every year I'm afraid, this is nothing new at all when ticket sales struggle. We find it hard to sell out League Cup and Champions League games year on year, unlike FA Cup (the weekend effect). Expect a lot of kids in matching tracksuits at the CSKA game (schools given tickets).

City lean on cup schemers without any real incentives of late for the CL and League Cup schemes. I am guaranteed my seat? Well, that doesn't mean much when it'd probably be available anyway. And if by chance we do reach the CL final (ha ha), UEFA will make sure it's damn hard to get a ticket.

I'm happy if some students get in for a tenner. In the short term this means less empty seats and maybe a few extra loyal fans in the medium to longer term!

Haven't the 18-21 tickets been £10 all along ? thats what I paid for my lads on the scheme and that age group pretty much covers students ? am I missing the issue here ?

I had a go at them last year over freebies & reduced ticket prices after I had paid the full amount. After a few phone calls they just pissed me off saying it was policy. They said what do you want a refund, I said yes me & 35,000 others. Stadium expansion??? who the fuck are we gonna put in it.

City just doing what the can to expand the fanbase and get the ground full for lower-demand fixtures. They are damned if they do and damned if they don't, although this seems a bit disorganised.

As a CL Scheme member it doesn't bother me in the slightest, and this "BOGOF" thing is a lot fairer than cutting the prices for some but not others.

I'll stay on the CL scheme for convenience and also because there are times when I want the ticket priority. If we get to a semi or final demand will be absolutely outragious. And that day is coming.

That's the whole point though int it ???? there will be hardly any students that go,the people who get them to sell fromtheir work (ie secretaries ) via colleges and uni's tell their friends and family and most that go are blues who cant afford it are wont pay for a normal seat.City need to be really careful what they're doing, its pissing a lot of people off

What use are free tickets to someone who has already bought them?

I had bought two. I should get a refund for one of them and that's what ill be asking for. If I don't get it then off the scheme next year and just wait for these inevitable deals.
