The immediate consequences of that would be a 12 point deduction, although they're already getting relegated and Birmingham are probably getting theirs applied from the start of next season so I presume it would apply in League One.Interesting.
Was surprised anyone was looking at a takeover really, their debt levels are reportedly so high that unless they get a favourable deal from creditors they're probably better off doing a Rangers and finding someone to buy the stadium back.
