Massive six points from these last two games - On the back of 120 mins and pens last Sunday. The two games this week should really have seen us looking relatively vulnerable, but we've come through it. A week to refresh and recover.

Hearing that's the first time in PL that a team has not actually had a shot in a game. Utterly pointless exercise on their behalf.

First time since 2003, Richard Keys was saying on my stream. So it's happened, but it's rare.

Very disappointed with Bournemouth and their attitude towards the game. They didn’t defend. They just stood in the way. No intention to give their plastic clapping fans something to cheer about. Not a single shot on goal. Hardly an attempt.

We controlled. We were patient. We weren’t at our finest but that blame has to go to Bournemouth for simply having no intention to play football.

MOTM Zinchenko. He is growing in to some kind of player. If not at left back, put him where Fernandinho plays and we might saved ourselves a minimum of 60 mill.

Interesting to see how Gundogan restricted himself to a very particular area of the pitch in the second half. He rarely went too far right of the centre spot and, indeed, for a while, he seemed to lock himself into a very small grid of the pitch. Presumably, that was by design so as to offer Zinchenko greater cover, but it made for quite a change from watching Fernandinho roam the middle.

The panic and worry of Liverpool and their fans will increase with every passing hour... this 3 points is so important to keep the pressure right on.

Three points is huge in the context,two games in a row where we have absolutely dominated created chances but got only 1 goal and then leaving you on edge till hopefully you get a second which didn’t come but in them two games the opposition had one shot on goal between them says it all for me,now the pressure is on the scousers let’s see if they step up,oh and hopefully De Bruyne isn’t out for to long ...

Got to be pleased with that thoroughly deserved result after our recent gruelling schedule and yet more injuries to key players. A week off now and time to regroup and recover. Think the boys deserve a few days off. Squad strength will be severely tested over the coming weeks.

Zinchenko outstanding and pleased for Mahrez to score the decisive goal. Was very disappointed with Howe’s approach.

Which mod banned me from the match thread, without even having the decency to tell me why?? I hadn’t posted anything derogatory or distasteful. I had already had a discussion with Ric.
Petty and spineless if you couldn’t at least have the decency to send me a message as to why??
