He told me himself that he think he isn't... He was at the club for *just* over two years but when his official registration came through it meant he was officially a city player for just under.

It doesn't sound like it if Manu isn't aware he is eligible twosips. It shouldn't matter if his registration came later, it should be taken when he was signed from.

His own words himself said he thinks he isn't, sadly. This was before the first squad was announced when it was a bit more up in the air, but he probably knows now officially - which would explain why he's not been in the squads too and Barker, Glendon and Ambrose have, despite Garcia being ahead of them in Pellers eyes (clearly)

Regardless of the logistics, im pretty certain im right on this - it doesnt add up otherwise cos he would have travelled at least once already this season if he was available. With the registration he might have just been training with the club, playing friendlies and might have only officially signed weeks later. Pretty common with youth players.

Loaned to Rotherham until January. Has to be a good decision, he's been given the chance to hang around the first team squad but it seems for whatever reason he hasn't been able to impress them enough, so a loan is a great chance to make a statement and improve his chances. Needs the game time

I know nothing of Rotheram except if he's going to have a future here he needs to tear up that league,a loan was essential.

They're bottom of the Championship, so the only way is up. They don't score enough goals, they don't have any X-Factor players that the team is built around. He will surely play every game, which is what he needs at the moment. Hopefully they aren't so bad they can't even get him the ball, because at his best he isn't really the sort of players who needs his teammates to be doing much other than just getting him the ball and staying out of his way. Hopefully it all works out
