Brendan Rodgers - How good is he?

Apart from the McMickeymouse league he has achieved nothing.
I really hate this type of attitude. Only 4 current PL manager's have won anything in a top 5 league. The other 16 have achieved nothing so?Pochettino goes to France and wins a Cup in his first week, are we to believe last week he had achieved nothing but now he's a member of the elite?

All managers bar a small group operate at different levels of the game with different objectives. Rodgers has over achieved against every single metric with every club he's been at.

hes got a team that was ready built for him, and all the players suit the style they play , their midfield is excellent , probably the best midfield outside of us.
the front 3 are perfect for the counter attack, with a solid back four, and a half decent keeper ,he landed on his feet when he went to Leicester, he hasn't had to change a thing, look at the Leicester of 2016 and today, same style and 75% same players

Every one talks about the great job he did at Celtic. You can't argue that he did as he won every domestic trophy, but flopped in Europe and took some big hammerings.
Anyone could have won Celtic those titles in the Rodgers years with Rangers not in the league, or just back into it. Even Lennon.
If they'd appointed Lennon first and then Rodgers taking over from him 2 years ago, instead of the other way around, they may have got 10 in a row
