Brentford (A) - Post-Match Thread

It shouldn’t do anymore as they use the broadcast lines rather than the pixel lines.

The issue to me is more where they draw the line down from. Kane did have similar yesterday though so there is an element of consistency there.
Yeah its a tough one don't think they will ever solve offsides or the handball rule. We will have this conversation every season.

I feel sorry for the groundsmen, its gonna be a long night of mowing, just think how many times they will have to empty the grass box? Poor b'stards

Very good 3 points against a fairly well-drilled side without having to do more than we absolutely had to.

Not a classic, but 3 points will do for me. Is rodders available for Saturday? He could be key in that game.

We won, that looked like a difficult away game, the grass was three inches long, Brentford defended well, we won. Move on.

He does this all the time, and his method is the right one. Did we look like conceding tonight? Nope, we weren’t under and trouble so he saw no reason to change it up.
He doesn't do it all the time, United was the last time we didn't make a sub. By the same train of thought, if we were in no danger of conceding, would we be in anymore danger if he had decided to preserve legs and put a fresh forward on the pitch that will be able to work harder than whoever he replaces?

Either way, it's not something either of us needs to take any further, it's a relatively trivial thing that neither of us will ever know whether it may or may not have an impact on us going forward so I shall leave it there mate.

Hope they weren’t doing the VAR at Stockley Park based upon the quality of pictures I received off Amazon.
Better sort it out for next time
Would have been better to watch on a stream
