I wish we had a game on Wednesday and one the Wednesday after n’all.

The biggest dread I have for the two finals aren’t United and Inter, it’s City losing momentum and sharpness.

I was just thinking about that and wondering if the Club will arrange a couple of friendlies before the finals. I know it’s unusual but it would be a good way to get/keep the players at full match sharpness.

I prefer it when the players aren't rested and they're playing every 3 or 4 days.

They get into a rythm.

Didn't Pep once rest his Bayern players at the end of the season and they didn't do well in the final cup games?

I know what you mean but Brentford are a very physical team

Real lack of physicality in that starting line up. Brentford will be well up this. No Dias again is a concern.

I think you’re right. Like others on here I am just a bit concerned about the match fitness of players who havent played for two or three weeks.

Surely Dias and JG have actual injuries if to not feature two games in a row? Hopefully nothing serious.

According to t’internet Grealish is lack of fitness and Dias and Akanji both have physical discomfort. We could be telling the media any old shit though
