Not sure why some expect we will be very good every game.

Don't think anyone expects that, but when we aren't very good we'll probably say that. Pep has set high standards for himself, the team and the fans so we are holding them to it.

In fact I think we surely must be seeing the end (or beginning of the end) of Mahrez, despite a generous new contract he's not offering anything like the quality (or consistency) needed to be a starter in this team. And JG still ain't setting things alight either!

A bit concerning just how easily Brighton was playing through our midfield, no?

I love Rodri but I think sometimes he lacks that sixth sense of what's going on behind him that Dinho had.

Three points are three points but we definitely need to be playing better.

Bernie, King Kev and Erling were immense.

Trossards goal was a great strike, defence couldnt do much from where they were.

Good strike but i thought ederson should’ve saved it to be honest

Just back from the game, think the rotation didnt really work but good to get back on the winning trail and great that the bin dippers lost again, certainly put a smile on my face.

A good win all things considered.
Thought Brighton set up well and worked hard.
Thought we looked a bit slow and off it today.
We had a lack of pressing, we pressed but abit half arsed and not all players together.
Foden for Mahrez helped get some control and balance.
