BT Sport

I sleep at night.
As, I dare say, do many villains, scoundrels and ne’er-do-wells.
I’d proffer that the ability to sleep is more concerned with having the ability to feel no remorse for ones behaviour, which isn’t really connected to moral fibre more a lack of comprehension, awareness or concern for how your actions portray you; but I feel that we may be straying off topic, slightly…..

so…..

BT eh? What a bumch of c*nts!

What can I say? My deep sense of attraction for Maureen Lipman overwhelms all other considerations. If that's makes me a bad man, well, to hell with the consequences. Love does funny things to you.

My response from Simon green. Like already mentioned he words the answers pretty much like for like.

I'm not sick to death of these email and appreciate that viewers have opinions that do matter, and I've had 8 separate but similar complaints regarding Danny Mills which I want to provide a consistent response to each.

As you know all broadcasters use many ex-professional footballers all of whom have different but relevant experience in the game and all of whom are asked to express their opinions and react to the action on the field as they see fit. This provides a range of opinion and richness that we feel is important to football coverage on television and I disagree that we put dullards to air. At this time of year the regulars such as Robbie Savage (who you quote) are unavailable and selecting relevant and appropriate co-commentators is not just a matter of picking from a list. Danny is an ex England and Manchester City footballer who has extensive broadcast experience on radio and television and I am sorry that his interpretation of what he saw does not always agree with yours.

At BT Sport we'd like to have fair and good relations with all sets of supporters all the time but we are not inexperienced enough to realise that this is not always achievable all of the time but we do listen so thanks for the feedback.

Regards

Simon Green

I'd reply with,

Dear Simon,

Thanks for the response & explaining how it is it's really appreciated. My mates thought you would fob me off with a couple of patronising lines about how it's all in our imagination but having been explained that Danny mills was chosen as a City legend it all makes sense. If I was you put plenty of extra staff on the call centre only I think there will be an influx of blues renewing again.

Cheers

Got rid of BT after 35 years, They couldn't repair my phone & internet for over a week whilst advertising for new customers. Don't sign up with them. They can't cope with the customers they already have AND THEY DON'T CARE!!!!
PS They charged me £30 to leave them.

They tried to charge me about that much when I moved house a couple of years back and wanted my line disconnected. I offered to send them a cheque in the post for the amount and surprisingly they were fine with that.

I'll leave it to you to guess whether that cheque got unfortunately lost in the post or not.

So no mention of the lack of English bias that we oddly do not receive, every other team get cheered on in whatever foreign comp they are in, us we get roundly vilified from all sides, we would get fairer coverage off Bayern TV than any of our own stations, the utter cunts.

Sky have gone from my house, £100 quid better off a month and the only thing saving BT is the damned internet tbh.

I think it's fair to say that Simon Green doesn't quite get it. The fact he talks about Danny Mills and his association with City as a positive sums up all that is wrong with the people running the show.
