It's probably the time to get rid of Klopp at the end f the season and have a clear out.
If they go down, the end of the season will be too late, I can't see them letting it carry on much longer. I guess the loss of revenue going into Bundesliga 2 is less than dropping into the championship here (I don't know if they have parachute payments like we do), but it won't be good news.
Well they are still in the cups, which I think will keep Klopp in his job for a bit, but there is no excuse. It's a terrible performance from him. Funny that Arsenal fans wanted Wenger gone and the two men a lot of my friends really wanted were Klopp and Moyes.

Dortmund lose again, at home to Augsburg, I wonder how long they'll keep Klopp ? Getting relegated must be close to unthinkable for the club and its finances, never mind its supporters.

Many thought the winter break would see them improve, but their position has got worse, bottom, 2 points adrift now, 5 games without a win, less than a goal a game.

I went to the same fixture last season (the day that City played Watford in the FA Cup). It finished 2-2 and you could tell even then that Dortmund were starting to drift.

I'm sure some of our German friends will know more, but after attending 11 Bundesliga games during 2013-14, it was Augsburg's short passing style that impressed me more than most. i also saw them lose 2-1 at Leverkusen earlier in the season and they play good football in a Laudrup at Swansea style.

Dortmund? -just an another example for Bayern destroying the Bundesliga thats it.
United has destroyed Kagawa and Real Sahin. That were the two best players of their German Champions seasons (they were 19 and 25 points behind Bayern the seasons after).

I do not think it has to do so much with players but with system. The system that worked in the league 2010/11 and 11/12 does work less good each year. It still worked great in Europe but if the opponents watch the Bundesliga they sit back and counter...

Dortmund has believed in their system for so long and haven't worked on alternatives - including the transfers. Underdog tactics just work if you are an underdog - as soon as you rise you have to adapt.

Re: Dare they

Klopp wants to come to England. Get it done Txiki!

PS. I love Pellegrini so it's no reflection on the boss. But Klopp should be next.

Oh - you think that pressing and counterpressing are the best playmakers?

You need to get rid of most of your players... ;)

We all know the Bundesliga and Bayern were not the team they would become. Selling Kagawa and Sahin was good business, but Dortmund had the money and opportunity to replace Lewandowski and Gotze.

Gotze's replacements Kagawa/Mkhitaryan=30 million
Lewandowski's replacements Immobile/Ramos=25 million (+the 25 million they would have got from actually selling him).

It's bad for the Bundesliga unless Wolfsburg become a real force. It's bad for Bayern as well, because they have a lot of players to replace soon and are going to struggle to attract players to play in the Bundesliga.

I have told it to you before - it is a thing of the other clubs. I do not really believe that Bayern will always be the Untouchables - they will always be in the mix and favourites - but other teams will have chances again in the next seasons.

But the Bundesliga needs a big Bayern or a team that is able to compete on top of Europe, too. And that is difficult anyways if you look at the TV money the EPL clubs plus Real and Barcelona get.

It does not help if Bayern looses the quality - there is others that have to catch up. Wolfsburg would be one of it. Even if they do not have a big stadium - I can see them getting a lot of international fans.

But time will tell.
