That is unfookinbelievable....

I hope and presume the cheating little twat got nothing from that...

I do not know. The cheating little twat even is a world champion of 1990 and a CL winner - Andreas Möller. And he played for both teams - in Dortmund until 2000 and in Schalke from 2000 to 2003. I found it recently - but cannot connect the scene with a special match. I was just looking through some photos on my computer and saw it.

Yes, and he is the German model for cheating...

good old Rene Eijkelkamp. Legend. He stepped on Möller´s foot in that scene by the way

talking about Andy Möller....lol best dive ever

Biggest game in Germany. Both good free flowing teams with great supporters and fantastic stadiums. The rivalry is huge. The last time they played dortmund got absolutely rinsed and there were riots outside the stadium.

The biggest game in Germany - nah. A big derby like the one between Bayern and 1860 when they still were playing in the Bundesliga. Dortmund and Schalke are special because of their distance to each other - only about 20 miles from each other...

But both teams have partly spent their time in lower regions of the table or even in 2nd league in the recent 50 years.

Schalke had lost a couple of them in the recent three years - but they won the last.

Stupid that it is scheduled at the same time as the Bayern match is as it would be one of the matches I would like to watch. The top match tomorrow (that is scheduled at 18:30 CET) is Gladbach - Bremen (not really a top match). But the Bayern-Düsseldorf ain't none either and Schalke is playing at Tuesday in the CL.

It may well be the biggest derby, the biggest game is Bayern - Dortmund.

2 of the three biggest clubs in germany. That makes it huge. Most other derbies in germany are about differences: are big vs small, rich vs poor, regional capital vs. smaller neighbouring town, working class vs. upper class, left vs. right, two rivaling german tribes etc..

.The "Revierderby" is about two clubs absolutely equal in their support, their working class origin and even in the outcome: 141 matches (48 wins for BVB, 56 for S04), in the Bundesliga 81 matches (29 wins for BVB, 28 for S04)

Most interesting Derby in Germany! Unfortunately the Bayern match is at the same time.
But maybe we'll see it again in the quarterfinals or the most interesting match at the moment :-)
