We had this discussion before and I am sure that our views will never match, but I personally consider it worrying how arrogant you can sound towards other clubs.
I am pretty sure that Eintracht Frankfurt will not have any meaningful success in the next 100 years, so our loyality and passion is something I feast on.
You consider this some last resort for fans of shit clubs, but to me there is nothing left other than feeling pride for taking thousands wherever we go, for beeing there no matter which division we play and for creating a wall of noise wherever we go.
This IS something to be proud of! Maybe this comes automatically by going through hell and back with your club.
You will most likely never be in the same position with Bayern, but talking down other fans because of it?
And even though you dont like Schickeria they are part of Munichs fanscene, same as the hooligans, same as the casual folks that go once every bluemoon, same as the veteran season card holder or the tourists.
Its the sum of all the little pieces that adds up to the football event and in the case of Schickeria I am pretty sure that your Arena would be completely dead without them and its not like it is a cauldron of noise at home anyway.
Atmosphere and singing is part of the football experience and I personally never want to see an atmosphere similar to the National Team matches at my own club.
People with silly hats, clapping hands and flags painted on their faces....
Football has to be dirty, smelly and loud. The day those plastic events become a common sight in the Bundesliga is the day I stop going.
But yeah, thats maybe just my two cents.
