God it would be awesome if Cologne plays Düsseldorf in a derby for relegation.

Pretty sure it would increase the already "deep love" between both Cities. ;)

Got to see how they do tonight versus St.Pauli...I would be a happy camper if they draw with them.

He might not look well - but what you do not see at the pictures was that it was very windy in that stadium and had really started to rain badly some minutes before that. Not an excuse but maybe an explanation.

Former City academy player Robert Mak came off the bench for Nurnberg against Bayern. He seems to struggle for a start there but is still another top flight player we've produced, and is still only 21.

Bayern being held at home 1-1 by Augsburg while Dortmund are 1-0 up away at Wolfsburg! Still 45 minutes to go but would be a great day for Dortmund if nothing changes.

You were dreaming - in Germany you say that a good horse only jumps as high as it has to. That Bayern match did not frighten me at all as Augsburg was not easy but not really too dangerous - they went a gear down after the first goal instead of closing the sack - and had to push up again in 2nd half. Wolfsburg later on had chances to equalize, too - until Lewandowski made the 3:1 in the last minute. Bayern won with 2:1.

Right now all of the matches are not easy - especially as apart from one team all of the league is still in battle for something. Only 4 points between rank 11 and 16 (maybe rank 17 if Hertha wins today), from 5 to 9 it is 3 points and all battle for 3 spots in the Europa League, rank 3 and 4 for direct CL qualification and 1 and 2 for the Championship. Only rank 10 Hoffenheim (they seem to be save for relegation but to far for Europa) and no. 18 Kaiserslautern (already 9 points away from rank 16, that means a battle with 3rd rank of 2nd league) seem to be out of everything.

Dortmund - Bayern will be an interesting match on wednesday.

Yes, if Dortmund wins, they will be through. A tie shifts the better cards to Dortmund - a win to Bayern.
