I keep a horse in my kitchen, so if for example someone breaks in to my house and my horse, startled by the intruder, dry bums the perpetrator, could my horse be done for excessive force?

...it would depend on whether or not the intruders condition could be described as stable after the bumming.

I hope it doesn't happen tomorrow night I will be watching David Hay.

Thank god it isn't Derby day,and we were playing manure.
I wouldn't like to be saddled with the responsibility of being a juror.
I'd probably end up making a foal of myself.

Excellent, fair play to the law there, 99% of the time they have it wrong.
I hope this is a landmark ruling, and we see many more intruders beaten, stabbed to death.
Maybe then they will think twice about being scummy fucking shits.
