Saw the last match at t'Moor when I was in Lanzarote. Wish I was there now - it's fucking freezing!

Vast improvement needed both individually and as a team. Underwhelmed with the side so far this season.

Sean Dyche on #ManCity: "We have managed to make Turf Moor an awkward place to come. We want to take the game on and find a different way to effect them. They are a top side and have been unfortunate with injuries."

PEP It’s difficult for all the teams (who visit Burnley). What they do, they do perfectly. They are so good with the second balls and the set pieces. We have to adapt to try and play our way.

Pep Guardiola on Burnley last season: "Yes in this particular game, it was like this in other games we controlled perfectly. We were so so clever and Vincent and Laporte were outstanding. We did a good performance and good game and we won."

PEP Leicester is there (title race) because they are doing incredibly well since last season. When Brendan took over he changed the way they play, we knew that when we played them in the last game. They are doing fantastically well.

PEP The players have to believe. They have to believe we will win tomorrow. They can’t think too much about the teams in front. We have to think about what to do to win the games. We have to try to be more solid with the chances we have and the chances we concede.

Pep Guardiola on where #ManCity need to improve: "We had 26 shots against Newcastle and they scored two goals. To do that away is incredible - we always try to create more and concede less. We did it again but unfortunately we couldn’t win."

PEP @aguerosergiokun is not ready for the derby. After the derby, we will see. @IlkayGuendogan is suspended and cannot play on Tuesday.

Pep Guardiola on @IlkayGuendogan: "Yellow card - he’s suspended so someone else will play. We will miss his quality but we have other players to replace him."

Pep Guardiola has also stated that no further players are ruled out. Leroy Sane, Aymeric Laporte and Sergio Aguero appear to be the only players out through injury.

How does he put up of with the fuckwitts asking him questions?

Reporter: Pep, are you pleased with your defence?

Pep: Of course. They conceded two goals from only two shots. They are fantastic...

Pep Guardiola on why he doesn't play Otamendi and Stones together in central defence: "Because I like 'Dinho in that position."

Pep Guardiola on why he doesn't play Fernandinho in midfield: "Yeah but I prefer Gundogan in that position."

    Sigh

Recurring theme of this season, very wasteful in front of goal. We need to start being clinical again.
