The only standard we need as far as I can see is passion and desire,energy, guts, and bollocks. With a touch of honesty and commitment. I'd say Trippier out weighs most of our lot. Probably the players, for some reason, don't want him and that is why some (most) of them play so bad and don't want to play at all. It's a bad and sneaky thing and stuf but it just may happen. If we hire another manager and the same shit continues - then yes, we should disperse all those lazy millionares and mix those who we let stay, the likes of Trippier, the likes of Lopes, obviously (right from our academy) and some newly bought stars
