Burton Albion (a) Post Match Thread

Was always going to be a difficult game on a near frozen pitch against an opponent hell bent on getting some redemption.
All in all a pretty reasonable professional performance by the team.
Positives were the lack of any significant injury and the confirmation that Garcia has a real future in this team. What he lacks for in size he more than makes up in intelligence and composure. He has a maturity and confidence about his game which I have very rarely witnessed at his age. He looked to really lead the defensive line tonight and stood up to the physicality of Boyce on most occasions. Very astute young player. Definitely motm for me.

All things considered more than good enough. Our young players were all very assured and all had their moments to shine. I think Foden could have been better, and I think that's due to the fact he is suffering from a classic case of being a teenager.

*Generic post about how shite one player was*
Smithers, who is that anthropological wisenheimer?

City v Spurs will do me. I'm still mentally scarred as an 8 year old, crying his bollocks off, coming home on the coach. I need to exorcise that ghost.
Yep and me but I was 11. Always fuckin despised spurs since

Standard M6 after a City night match, I used to use it the other way, but it got to the point it was closed somewhere after every night match.
Back home at 11-15 quicker than a home game!!
Newcastle next week!!
Fuck knows what the A1 closures have install always a nightmare coming back from the North East mid week
