Bury Blues - (MCFC OSC Branch)

Bury North would cover the region just right.

I joked about Hare and Hounds or Greenmount Cricket club as they are very close to me, but they are equidistant from Totty/Walshaw/Elton etc.. and Rammy where most are based and on the doorstep for Holcombe and Greenmount.

Count me in.

Greenmount CC does look like a good option, I can walk up Totty Lines and I'm there in 5min.

I think you can count us East Ward/Fairfield/Jericho blues out, we won't be venturing out into the sticks lol.

The Sticks? lol.... if it was based on this side of Bury it would be the closest you guys have to a Supporters Club.
Where could we host it around there? The Aldi car park? ;)

I would be up for joining a supporters branch that helps North Of Bury Supporters.

I live in Ramsbottom and can add my interest

Nobs, lol....

Over 20 people have registered there interest now.
From this number, a Committee has to be formed consisting of the following - Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer, Social Secretary & Minutes Secretary. A register, minute book and record of financial accounts are to be kept and a bank account has to be opened in the Supporters’ Club name.

SteSteez try contacting BlueTrucker 69 he started a similar topic up at the start of last season (although it was more about regular meetings rather than an OSC). No idea what feedback he got though.

Ste

I've moved out of the area now but we tried to get this off the ground probably 12 years ago; I knew the landlord of the H and H quite well and he is back there again now. Anyway, he was well up for us having the meetings there etc. Might be worth asking him?

I'm sure I'll know plenty of faces off this thread, had plenty of good laughs watching City in the H and H over the years!!

Thanks for the info. I haven't been in the H&H for awhile, I rarely drink so I'm not massively keen on having the branch hq in a pub.
it is an option, have to see where these Cricket Clubs go as it is more than ideal as a setting (plus it has a bar for those who want to drink)

Re: Bury - (MCSC Branch)

enough about venues....................

what about the really important stuff like can we get loads of tickets for Wembley and United away?

Splitter !!!!!!!

It would be nice to be in a supporters club that doesn't get marched around towns and escorted to McDonalds as "high risk supporters."...Riff Raff. (;-)
