luke shaw is one of the few english players who will play week in week out with us. barkley is a great player but i can't see him have much game time with us

Do we really need any English players for the squad next year, Pellegrini seems to have always said two players for each position. If that is correct we only need 22. 17 foreigners meaning we need five english players.
