Which areas of the pitch could you use some quality in?The kid did great, and will undoubtedly start every week for us, unless Johnson has a brain fart, which he is very capable of.
Any one else you can lend us?

Striker! Full backs tooWhich areas of the pitch could you use some quality in?
Liam Delap in that case, Roary Delap's son. An aggressive (sometimes overly so :( ), quick, technically proficient big lad who plays as striker. He seems to be in need of 1st team games rather than U23s now. Have a word with Txiki.Striker! Full backs too
he ain't going to Sunderland, no offence.Liam Delap in that case, Roary Delap's son. An aggressive (sometimes overly so :( ), quick, technically proficient big lad who plays as striker. He seems to be in need of 1st team games rather than U23s now. Have a word with Txiki.

Is he too good for league 1? Genuine question, I’ve never heard of himhe ain't going to Sunderland, no offence.
I'd say so, needs to be challenged in the Championship at least for his development. Is he too good for league 1? Genuine question, I’ve never heard of him
his father had a ridiculous throw in
Liam Delap is further in his development than Callum Doyle.I'd say so, needs to be challenged in the Championship at least for his development.
To be honest, when I posted earlier I'd forgotten that you'd dropped to the 1st division. By all accounts half the Championship clubs have enquired after him for this coming season. Is he too good for league 1? Genuine question, I’ve never heard of him

Hey guysBrilliant 12 month loan for the kid.
He's a very talented,physically imposing yet cultured,centre back if you aren't aware.
I am confident he'll go far in the game, looking forward to keeping an eye on him.

Loaned to Sunderland,it would be great if people cold update with his performances, cheers
You can always ask, whether you get any sensible answers you can use is another matter of course ;)Hey guys
I’m editor of A Love Supreme, a Sunderland AFC Fanzine. With Callum recently joining Sunderland on loan, would you be interested in answering a few questions for our upcoming magazine? https://www.a-love-supreme.com
You can always ask, whether you get any sensible answers you can use is another matter of course ;)
Is Callum Doyle really 6'3" BTW? Never realised watching him that he was that big at just 17.
I think that's a bit of an exaggeration. You can always ask, whether you get any sensible answers you can use is another matter of course ;)

I think that's a bit of an exaggeration.
I think he's about 6'1 and 13 stone.
Delap is about 6’1 isn’t he? Doyle is clearly a couple of inches taller than him in the pic halfway down this page - https://www.sunderlandecho.com/spor...ender-but-who-exactly-is-callum-doyle-3306644
More than happy to be wrong,we get an even better player than i already thought.
Anyone else who sees this, feel free to contribute too.You can always ask, whether you get any sensible answers you can use is another matter of course ;)

Better from my perspective.A 6'3 version of the player I thought was 6'1 can only be such.Taller, not necessarily better.

What sort of player is Callum Doyle?
What are his strengths and weaknesses?
What sort of attitude does he have?
This is Doyle’s first stint in a senior side. Will he be able to make the step up to men’s football?
He’s only 17 years old! Does Doyle have the maturity needed in League One, even at such a young age?
He’s already impressed Sunderland fans in pre-season. Do you think the defender will be able to keep such a high standard throughout the season?
