I think this squad can compete for a top 4 position, but Chelsea look way out ahead of anyone else at the moment. They might have problems replacing their ageing players in 12 months time though. They are at or just beyond their peak now, and surely would have won the title in the last couple of seasons had it not been for managerial changes.Bossman Blue said:We are only just playing OK for most of the 90 minutes. Last season 7 points seperated the top 3. In 2007/8, it was 4 points.
So unless we are also ruling out top 3, those are the standards I expect.
