Lets ask the same question nearer January, i think we will still be up there personally and think we wil be challenging inside the top four. I think that is heart and head thinking after what i have seen so far.

Probably not this year, top 4 would be nice to go with a cup win ! Surely with our team we`re good enough
to win one if not both of them. Carling cup most top teams play weakened sides and in the FA cup most top

Very much doubt it. Top 4 would be amazing, top 3 even better (that CL-qualifier seems like my biggest nightmare, 4th means 180 minutes of hell before a possible CL). No real gel yet but the quality is there and luckily the results have been with us thus far. 5th or 4th is my guess.

We've talented players, I think some are excellent, and it's a great squad, but a lot of them are rejected from the top 4, Tevez, Ade..etc. And that has happened for a reason.

I would not say they are rejects of the top 4 mate, I'm sure Arsenal and the Rags would of loved to of kept Ade and Tevez. Barry was so nearly a top 4 player with Liverpool and Toure is not a reject.

Prem is a marathon not a sprint. Every year I think we can win it but normally around November time reality kicks in. Lets see how we do over the next few games Arsenal and away at the swamp against the scum will probably shape how things will go. Still positive though we can win it but it is a big ask.

I think I will answer this after I see us home to Arsenal and away to United. I want to see how we respond to the top 4. if we come out with 4 points, then I won't dismiss it entirely like I think I should.

Chelsea are just too good and too deep this season. Noone will catch them once they put some distance between teams.

This is exactly why we won't win the title - to many supporters who don't have the belief which will pass its way down to the players in certain games.

Other than the fact of who we are - if say Arsenal had our squad would people say they had no chance , i don't think so.

We have to start believing we are good enough, when we play the top four teams we can't just hope for a draw but look for the win especially at home.

The thing that i believe will stop us winning the league is that we haven't the experience of challenging and the pressures that puts on the team, but until we start to fall away then we have a chance. Anyone who is prepared to settle for top 6 with this squad just isn't setting their targets high enough. Before anyone says thats the target our owners have set then i'm prepared to bet now that if we are not top 4 MH WILL be sacked.
