Organize away days, travel, flags, kitty's for donations to charity etc.
Mainly just to be around fellow local blues also for a beer or ten.

Pretty good if like me you find yourself moving around a bit away from Manchester or you are blue and just live in timbucktoo.
I met a a couple of blues in the most unlikely of places, Smudgedj for example lives in Peru or Chile now, if he let it be known to give him a buzz if your in town that could be considered mcfc peru os some shit like that.
For this group they want to be around people that are either lbgt or don't give a toss about what their sexuality is.

The last time I went for a post match pint on canal street we were refused admission and told no colours. Good luck with it anyway. Are reformed alcoholics allowed? ;0)

Canal Street were the only place to take us after the 4-0 against Newcastle this season. We were turned away from several Portland Street Bars and then a China Town Karaoke place for being football fans! The big bar with a couple of different floors let us in for the last hour and it was fine.

I shared a place in Manchester with a Lesbian footballer for a year and she said just a couple of places have strict door policies (i.e. Men only, Women only) but it's fine if you're just out for a good night.

thanks lads, suppose its a good idea for people who are a bit further out like u say. And for what its worth, everyone feels more relaxed around people they share common ground with, thats how groups of mates ect are formed. so i dont think its that bad an idea.
