He's been tried and found guilty over here already. And now another country want to speak to him as they have evidence he is directly responsible for crimes committed in that country. We have an extradition treaty with said country. As he has been able to appeal the decisions and lodge further appeals with the European Courts, he has been afforded due legal process. As the court have found against him, and denied further appeals, he can now be extradited.
