I can understand their frustration, but we can’t go around sending people to jail for having seizures. If she had a history of them and chose to drive I’d be inclined to say she should be prosecuted, but I believe this was her first ever seizure so she had not way of knowing it was coming. A tragic accidentThe two families of the deceased children are not happy with the decision not to prosecute the driver. Which you can totally sympathise with. They're totally devastated at the loss of their loved ones. So, of course they'll be angry. But I can’t see what other course of action the authorities could have taken, given the medical evidence that has come to light.
